The work of Christ is what brings righteousness to man. I believe Solomon’s point in this verse is that the path of righteousness is the path that leads us to Christ. When we turn to Christ and believe in Him we are then given the righteousness of Christ (our condition) this then leads us to live a righteous life for Him (lifestyle). Therefore, Solomon is saying that the path of righteousness leads to Christ and results a righteous standing before God and a righteous lifestyle.

Several of which was when I was called upon to officiate at funerals knowing that the mourning families were in need of Christ. Although I did present the need for Christ in the funeral service, I always refrained from sharing Christ with them on a personal basis until several months after the funeral has taken place. During their time of mourning was really a very poor time to speak to them about their need. They have so much on their minds they cannot begin to listen with an open heart the message of salvation.
