Jesus Clearly Reveals God, And The Way Of Salvation, To Man.
Joh 8:12 – Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Thank you for this title, it makes me think about the Messianic prophecy in Isaiah 49:6 that the Messiah will be a light even for the Gentiles (hence the World): “He says, “It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant To raise up the tribes of Jacob and to restore the preserved ones of Israel; I will also make You a light of the nations So that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.””
Thanks for the additional info about Isa 49:6. I have never noticed the correlation before, but it is clearly there. Much appreciated! May the Lord lead you through His Word.
Thanks so much for the video, it was a blessing. So you are getting in gear for the holidays? I won’t start until a week or so before Thanksgiving, then it normally kicks in for me. When you get older you’ll fine time really blows past and you loose all track of where you are at on the calendar. It’s like the holidays just slip up on me.
